Terms & Conditions
Terms and Conditions exist as part of your paintball day. Please ensure you read and understand
any conditions that apply to you, your group or selected package.

There are NO EXCEPTIONS to these terms.
Action Paintball reserves the right to add, remove or modifiy these conditions at any time without notice.
Public Holidays:
  1. Action Paintball will only open on Public Holidays for DEPOSITED groups.
  2. A 10% surcharge will apply on all purchases to all groups playing on Public Holidays.
General Terms & Conditions of Play (applies to all players):
  1. Only deposited groups are guaranteed a session. Non-deposited groups are subject to availability.
  2. Unless stated otherwise, deposits must be received at least 48 hours in advance to receive any bonus or special.
  3. Deposits are refundable with at least 48 hours notice.
  4. No refund or transfer of deposits for players who do not show on the day of play (see Item 3).
  5. Only groups with 20 or more deposited players that arrive by 10:30am are guaranteed their own group.
  6. All players over over 18 years of age MUST bring Photo ID.
  7. All players must be over 16 years of age in NSW and over 12 years of age in WA to play paintball.
  8. Persons under 18 years of age must have a signed parental consent form to play.
  9. Persons unable to prove their age may not be permitted to play.
  10. It's the responsibility of the organiser or player to use up their bonus by the end of the days play.
  11. Unused bonuses cannot be transferred to another day and are not redeemable for cash or goods.
  12. Only food and drinks purchased at our store may be consumed on-site. NO eskies or outside food.
  13. No refunds for unused paintballs.
  14. Paintballs may not be removed from premisis unless player has a personal paintball permit.
  15. All prices are correct at the time of publishing but are subject to change without notice.
Terms & Conditions for the Winter Mayhem Deals (WMD)
  1. Available for bookings in the month of July 2013
  2. Deposited Players ONLY
  3. $40 Deposit per person must be received AT LEAST 5 Days in advance of your playing date
  4. Your group must start on or before 10:30am
  5. Not available in conjunction with any other offer, special deal or discount
Terms & Conditions for the EOFYS Deal
  1. Available for bookings in the month of June 2013
  2. All players in your group must also go on the EOFYS Deal
  3. Eligible for players who deposit at least 48 hours in advance and arrive before 10:30am
  4. Not available in conjunction with any other offer or special
  5. Available for bookings in the month of June 2013
Terms & Conditions for the Weekday Madness packages.
  1. Available Monday to Friday only
  2. Each player in your group must also select a 'Weekday Madness' package (either #1 or #2)
  3. No Organiser Bonus of any kind with 'Weekday Madness' packages
  4. Deposit NOT required
  5. Not available with any other deal or special offer
Terms & Conditions for the Organiser Bonus:
  1. Deposits must be paid 7 Days in advance.
  2. Groups must start before 10:30am to be eligible. Groups that start after 10:30am forfeit organiser bonuses
  3. Only deposited players are eligible for either bonus. Non-deposited players are ineligible
  4. Deposited players who arrive after 10:30am forfeit their bonus
  5. Organiser bonus available for groups on our standard 'everyday' packages only and not discounted or special
    deal packages (unless stated otherwise).
